PUT SOME SALT, PEPPER, MUSTARD, THYME, BAY LEAVE COVER
THE BEEF OUTSIDE & INSIDE,
IF YOU LIKE YOU MAY ADD WINE, BLACK PEPPER,.....
#STEP 2:
PLACE SOME VEGETABLE , BACON, UNDER THE BEEF , THEN ADD SOME OIL,PREPARE PUT IT INTO THE OVEN! I PREFER RARE, BASICALLY MOST OF THE PEOPLE LIKE MEDIUM RARE!

AFTE THE BEEF DONE, JUST KEEP THE SAUCE / JUICE UP TO THIS MOMENT
THEN, WE PUT THE BEEF ASIDE FIRSTLY, SECONDLY, WE ADD SOME WATER AND FLOUR
TO REHEAT THE SAUCE FOR FINAL SERVING JUICE!
CUT IT INTO A SLICE OF BEEF!
THEN WE STARING NEXT POTATO SALAD.....
